Healthiness in a jar





I have this thing for jars …

Don’t we all? I love to use them for smoothies, salads to take with me in the summer, soups in the winter but also to mix a good yogurt (Yeo Valley) and my favourite cereals aka Dorset. I usually have those during my morning snack I do them when I get up and take them up at the desk with me when I am working while Liam is asleep! It really does boost my concentration, energy and also gives me something to snack while on the computer (screens are draining)

I added some strawberries on top because why not …
