Paris day 2

VersaillesParisA walk about Paris will provide lessons in history, beauty, and in the point of life

Thomas Jefferson

Versailles was the most amazing part of our trip! I know you think ‘she is French, 24 and never been to Versailles?’ I lived 3h from it so no real excuse! I should have forced my parents to take me when I was young. Even the hubby who is British had done it before me … Anyhow it was one of the most beautiful place I have ever seen (Buckingham Palace being the other wonder) The Castle in itself is beautiful but I think I would much prefer get lost in the beautiful Jardin … I felt like Alice in Wonderland and wished I had days to walk and walk and walk around.

I decided i was going to wear something nice! I mean a lady in a castle with jeans and trainers? no no no. I opted for this little beauty, I love a good simple yet classy and floaty dress, Ted Baker always do the trick for me they have amazing pieces, some are a bit too much for me as a person but they always get it right. This little baby blue dress was bought for my graduation and I have loved it ever sine, plus let me remind you it has bows, BOWS?! I mean anything with bows shall be mine. I wore it rather casually with a clutch from Zara that says ‘Stressed but well dressed’ I mean couldn’t be better really. Top it off with some cute Loft ballerinas bought a few years back in DC. If anyone like Loft as much as I (and my mother in law) do, well they ship to the UK. I usually would wear this little dress with heels and a little fancy cross body or evening clutch but I love to let it do the trick by itself (tune in tomorrow to see one of my favourite skirt by Ted Baker) I really have a great passion for Ted

I promise tomorrow will be the last you will ear me talk about Paris but honestly don’t you think Paris is so beautiful and romantic? Autumn is by far my favourite season of the year, mainly because it’s leading to Christmas and I have a terrifying passion for Christmas, it’s only October and I have already watched 2 xmas films and listened to some fun tunes. Or maybe I love Autumn because it’s sweater weather, pumpkin spice late in Starbuck, boots weather and apple and pumpkin picking! Any city is worth visiting during fall, Paris, London and New York would definitely be my top three … Any favourite season? or favourite cities to visit in autumn that I should know about?

In the mean time I will love you and leave you I am putting the hunter boots on as we speak to go and get some fresh air and some inspiration … Notting Hill? Chelsea? the choice is vast! Working from home on 3 different businesses (more to come on that in the next few months) is amazing but brain damaging!
