Food Friday










Good morning girls (and guys sorry)

It’s Friday finally, I am all packed and ready to spend the weekend away from the city. I love weekends outside of the city it makes me miss it so much so I am super happy to come back on Sundays.

Food Friday has arrived and I am sharing something super easy and simple but so tasty, I love pasta and if I have meetings in the afternoons it really gives me energy to last all afternoon because on the contrary to what people say L. must not be fully British because we eat around 9 most nights we are so busy.

I usually have ‘vegetarian’ lunches to try and force myself otherwise I will have burgers and meat all day every day …
Super easy use a potato peeler to peel the courgette, olive oil in the pan and fry them for a few minutes while the pasta is cooking.

Add extra parmesan to make it even tastier and if you really want a filling meal add sausages like I did.

See!! super quick easy and you had your greens!
