The Potting Shed

Hey everyone,

I hope you are all doing well and that the cold weather is not stopping from doing all you need before Christmas, as you may have seen already I have partnered with the Elite Pubs to bring you a voucher towards your meal at one of their pubs. I am therefor sharing my review of the Potting Shed night and meal I had last weekend. As you may remember I have already shared a review of one of the Elite pubs a few weeks ago as we went to the new Pig and Sty and I am so glad to share with you my time at the Shed.

They have recently opened a few rooms onsite and omg they are so cute, the perfect getaway especially for winter time. The room was so spectacular, I love the wooden/cabin style, it really made me feel super cozy. I started off by a lovely warm shower before getting ready for dinner and listened to some music (they had speakers in the room). I headed over to dinner and had a baked camembert for starter (haha I know us French would never ever do that) followed by a lovely gluten free Linguini, leeks, rocket, ginger and garlic. It was so delicious and the flavours were so special, I could taste it for hours after eating.

The whole meal was candle lit and it really felt so warm and perfect, families all around celebrating birthdays and so on, the whole experience was topped off by the staff. Nothing better than a friendly and helpful staff to make a stay feel special.

Breakfast was my favourite, it was so cold and frosty outside but sunny and the room was getting busier but I like a quiet breakfast time so earlier the better and my smoothie and American pancakes really made my day ….

The Potting Shed is very family orientated as well and I can not wait to come back in the summer with Liam for their burger shake.
